Good Condition, With A Few Areas That Are Distressed. Bought Them From Japan, But Didn't End Up Wearing Them. Haven't Been Washed While In My Possession. Most Notable Wear Is Near The Hem From Being Worn While Cuffed, And On The Panels Near The Thigh Portion At The Center. Pockets And Buttonholes Are In Great Condition. Note:tag Says 28, But Measures 33.5". Can Easily Stretch To 34" If Just Pulled A Little Bit.
