It is 100% original down to the screw-down crown and original waterproofing gasket! It presents in gorgeous condition! The dial and sapphire crystal are like new. The black paint is no longer presents in numbers on the small tabs on the bezel - otherwise the case presents as mint. The case back presents beautifully with factory serial number still strongly intact - often the serial numbers are hard to see from previous polishing.
