Description

Brooch in platinum, dog head hallmark.Delightful antique brooch, it is adorned in the center with a round opal cabochon shouldered on either side with two antique brilliant-cut diamonds.The rest of the clasp is set with a line of 2x8 rose- cut diamonds.The clasp is a safety pin.Weight of the two main diamonds : about 0.14 carat.Length : 5.2 cm, diameter of the opal cabochon : 8.1 mm, thickness : about 5 mm.Total weight of the jewel : 5.7 g approximately.Antique jewel - French work of the 1930s.Our opinion : An Art Deco brooch of small size and illuminated by the opal and diamonds that compose it.This item has been used and may have some minor flaws.
